We originate and structure investment access to producing and pre-production gold and tin assets in Brazil. Our role spans sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and ongoing stewardship — alongside, not in place of, our clients. The Johor-Singapore SEZ has redrawn the cost-and-talent map of Southeast Asia. We help operators land along the corridor with a Singapore+1 structure — keeping HQ, R&D and IP in Singapore while moving production, warehousing and labour-intensive operations to Johor. Three practices, one client.三条业务线,一位客户。

The three practice lines are not separate businesses — they are the same business viewed from different ends. A Brazilian gold investment may need the right Singapore holding entity. A JS-SEZ landing for production may need a US-facing parent for the customer base. A US C-Corp acquisition may need capital from an Asian asset sale.
